About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis with a strong strategic and operational background. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evolution of the FP&A function, with a focus on both corporate and operational FP&A. This executive will provide the financial insights, performance analytics, and decision-support capabilities necessary to drive profitable growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include fostering a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement within the FP&A organization, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, and partnering with various business leaders to align financial objectives with business priorities. Applicants for the VP of FP&A role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with an MBA preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in FP&A, finance, and business partnering. The role requires a proven track record in leading FP&A functions, advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level reporting, be adept at using business intelligence and advanced analytics tools, and have a history of leading teams through process improvement and reporting enhancements. The VP of FP&A will also be expected to champion the use of data visualization and business intelligence to enhance organizational decision-making and to drive a narrative-based approach to financial reporting.
