About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Financial Advisory Services team, with a focus on restructuring and turnaround advisory. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of strategic and financial initiatives, including advising underperforming, distressed, and special situation companies. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include analyzing and evaluating financial performance, leading due diligence efforts, managing the execution of projects, preparing financial analyses and forecasts, and building and maintaining financial models. The role also involves significant client engagement, business development, and mentoring of junior team members. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in restructuring, turnaround consulting, or related corporate finance disciplines. Strong financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and analytical skills are essential, as is experience in managing client engagements and interacting with senior executives. A CPA, CFA, or significant accounting/GAAP expertise is preferred, and a background in mergers & acquisitions, transaction advisory, or performance improvement consulting is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance, excellent communication and client management skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
