We are seeking Certified Nurse Midwives to join our Women’s Evaluation and Triage midwifery team at Baystate Health in Springfield, MA. Position Highlights Join our experienced team of CNMs, nurses, strong support staff and collaborating physicians in the Women’s Evaluation & Triage Unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield MA. Our team is responsible for evaluating preterm and term labor, complications of pregnancy, and urgent presentations of gynecologic conditions. Advanced practice opportunities are available in limited obstetrical ultrasound. Combine clinical care with education of future care providers from many disciplines. Position includes joint faculty appointments to Baystate Midwifery Education Program and involvement in clinical and didactic education of student midwives, residents and medical students. This is a full-time position which involves working 16 hours shifts 7am-11pm. Qualifications ACNM BE/BC Certified Nurse Midwife. Strong interest in working with student learners and a commitment to collaboration, courage, quality, and lifelong learning are important. Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful. Candidates with an Active Massachusetts Midwifery license preferred. Compensation Range Compensation Range: $134,415-170,260. The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
