Hiring a Recruiter to Support Senior Leadership Hiring for a Large Tech CompanyWe're seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior leadership roles across operations, maintenance, and engineering organizations. This position focuses heavily on proactive sourcing, stakeholder management, and driving complex searches from intake through offer.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership positions.Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define candidate profiles.Source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategies.Screen, interview, and assess candidates.Coordinate interviews, references, and offer negotiations.Manage multiple leadership searches simultaneously while delivering an excellent candidate experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.4+ years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or search environments.Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation skills.Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What We're Looking For:Strong ownership and accountability.Grit, resilience, and a bias for action.Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability.Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow.Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-volume recruiting environment.Preferred Experience:Recruiting for leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain roles.Supporting senior-level or hard-to-fill searches.Job Type & Location:This is a contract position based out of Seattle, WA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
