Team is focused on bringing in early-career talent — think internships, co-ops, new graduate roles, and university pipeline programs. They partner with universities, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure client is competitive in attracting top emerging talentTask Breakdown: Provides sourcing and recruiting support for client's most highly specialized campus-level roles spanning Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Silicon/Chip Design, and Quantum Computing. Delivers campus programmatic support including campus event execution, data reconciliation, and competitive intelligence.Job Description: 1-2+ years of experience Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
