Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

CoWorx has partnered with a Financial Services Company, who is looking to add Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to their team in the Cary, NC area! This is a 1st shift position and the payrate is $17.00 per hour. While this is a fully remote position, it will require you to report to their Cary, NC office for two days of training. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound shareholder inquiries generated by phone, email, and/or written correspondence relating to account status and activity. Responsibilities:

• Responds to day-to-day service activities generated by shareholders, or other participants with relation to accounts in a wide arrangement of companies and businesses; and provides customers with a positive impression of self and organization through courteous, prompt, and responsive resolution of customer inquiries or voting instructions.
• This function may be carried out via inbound or outbound calls or via written correspondence.
• Provides up to date and accurate information by utilizing knowledge of internal systems to source, interpret and communicate information to customers.
• Escalates more complicated issues to appropriate Team Leader or ATL; identifies stakeholder, claimant trends or common issues and communicates to their Team Leader or ATL as appropriate.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• 2+ years of call center experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to speak clearly and hear on a telephone system is a requirement and essential function.
