Job ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager is responsible for leading Real-World Evidence (RWE) research projects from initiation through delivery, partnering closely with clients, epidemiologists, research teams, and biostatisticians to ensure successful project execution.This role combines project leadership, scientific understanding, and client consulting. The successful candidate will not only manage timelines and deliverables but will also provide strategic recommendations, facilitate client discussions, proactively solve problems, and contribute to the overall success of RWE research programs.The ideal candidate brings experience in Real-World Evidence, health research, consulting, or other highly client-facing environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing multiple stakeholders.Ideal Background3-4 years of project management, consulting, or research management experienceExperience supporting Real-World Evidence (RWE) projectsExperience with database studies, qualitative research, quantitative research, and interview-based studiesScientific background in Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fieldsStrong client-facing and consulting skillsExperience presenting recommendations and guiding decision-making discussionsAbility to work effectively with epidemiologists, biostatisticians, and research teamsComfortable working in a global and cross-functional environmentImportant Note for ApplicantsThis position is focused on Real-World Evidence (RWE) research and is not a traditional clinical trial management role.
