Role The Assistant to the CEO role is a part-time, in-person role based in Greenwich, CT. As part of this role, you will be helping train and build AI agents that will learn to do your job. Over time, our goal is as you learn about AI, to help you grow onto another team, such as customer success, aligned with your skills and our needs at that time. If that does not interest you, please do not apply. Requirements Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred . You must be a self starter - the CEO is very busy and needs you to help save his time. Expect to be organizing a calendar, reviewing resumes, making and taking phone calls, booking work and personal travel, helping with presentations, doing errands, interfacing with stakeholders, arranging dinners and events, managing the small office, etc. And then training an AI agent to do that! While part-time based on the CEO's schedule, you must be available Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM on all workdays.
