Alterations Manager – North Olmsted, OH We’re looking for an experienced Seamstress/Tailor with prior management experience to join our family‑owned Alterations Express in North Olmsted. Job Description Managers are responsible for conducting and managing the flow of customer fittings, taking payments, processing orders using our state‑of‑the‑art POS system, providing excellent customer service, scheduling the store, managing bridal appointments, and overseeing personnel requirements within the location. Responsibilities Manage customer fittings and ensure timely completion. Handle payments and process orders via POS system. Provide exceptional customer service and manage store scheduling. Coordinate bridal appointments and oversee staffing for the location. Offer on‑the‑job training and mentorship to new hires.
