Schedule: Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hour

What You'll Do
As our HR Assistant, you'll help keep our HR department running efficiently by:
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Organizing personnel, medical, and attendance files
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Preparing HR reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Assisting employees with HR-related questions and requests
- Coordinating meetings, including room setup and catering arrangements
- Tracking vacation requests and employee attendance
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
- Supporting compliance initiatives, including SQF Food Safety requirements
- Serving as a backup to the HR Manager when needed
What We're Looking For
1+ year of HR or administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with HRIS systems (iCIMS, UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
