Assistant Office Manager – Temp-to-Hire

United Talent is seeking a dependable, organized Assistant Office Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The employer is looking for someone who can grow with the company long-term and take on additional responsibilities as they gain experience.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing company leasing portfolios and related documentation
• Converting existing leasing documents into digital files for electronic storage
• Scanning new documents and information as received
• Adding new documents and information to the appropriate digital account files
• Maintaining accurate and organized electronic records
• Using the company's CSA CRM system
• Performing basic clerical and administrative duties as assigned
• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling company records

Qualifications:

• Strong basic clerical and administrative skills
• Good computer skills and comfort working with digital documents
• Strong organizational and file-management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn new software and processes
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM. Friday- Leave at 2:00pm- paid for the full day!
• $17.00/hour
