Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Start Date: Flexible

End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Temp to Perm options

Shift: Full-Time Night Shifts (12-hour shifts)

Hours/Week: 36 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-Time

License/Certs: Active RN license in Michigan

Experience: Prior nursing experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $28.90 - $41.00 (based on experience)

Shift Differentials:

7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday +$1.25/hr

3pm-11pm: Monday - Thursday +$2.00/hr

3pm-11pm: Friday - Sunday +$3.00/hr

11pm-7am: Monday - Thursday +$4.00/hr

11pm-7am: Friday - Sunday +$5.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000

Placement Fee: 20%

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Create a safe, secure environment for patients and staff
• Support and supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff as needed

What You Need

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license
• Prior nursing experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
