Summary Responsible for taking ownership of assigned machinery and achieving production goals. Ensures all company policies and food safety protocols are followed while partnering with production management and QC to identify and eliminate risks while meeting production goals. Physical Demands Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch throughout the duration of the work shift. Required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasional lifting over 75 pounds. Candidate Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) Food manufacturing or warehouse experience Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Understand the process of the job Ensure product quality meets requirements Knowledge of a scale and tape gun GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF and all food safety/pre‑requisite program trainings Ensure each box has the correct label Ensure packaging is correct to prevent contamination Shift Hours 2nd Shift – 2 pm to 12 am, Monday to Thursday (10‑hour shift). Some training may be required on 1st shift. Compensation & Benefits $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, DOE plus shift differential.
