Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee supplier relationships, procurement planning, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration across departments and with external partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers; visit facilities to assess capabilities and build relationships.
Manage supplier performance, audits, and ongoing evaluations; address issues through communication and improvement initiatives.
Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules to optimize the supply chain.
Collaborate with internal teams—product development, purchasing, inventory—to align procurement and schedules.
Develop strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce delays, and control costs.
Maintain procurement records, support internal audits, and address customer inquiries.
Lead and mentor staff; foster cross-departmental communication for seamless operations.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in management roles within supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Proven experience working with suppliers and managing procurement processes is a plus.
At least 7 years of international work experience.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ERP or supply chain software preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willing to travel within China and internationally (1 week/month).
