The Receiving Lead performs all the duties of a Warehouse Associate and acts as the back-up for the Warehouse Supervisor in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Process all truck shipments both domestic and international
• Enter into SAP and process all sales orders for customer walk-ins and pick-ups
• Log and assign orders to pickers
• Perform duties of Warehouse Associate when needed
• Acts as the back-up to Warehouse Specialist in their absence
• Adhere to and enforce housekeeping standards
• Respond to requests from Customer Service Department
• Review open pick ticket report daily
• Perform light assembly when needed
• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials
• Record shipment data such as weight, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
• Ensure the completion of UPOP - Urgent Part Order Process.
• Supply packers with needed supplies
• Identify and rectify safety concerns
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Forklift experience/training
• Experience with loading/unloading trucks
• High School Diploma/GED required
