Starting as a dynamic Lead, you will float primarily between our Irving and Flower Mound locations, integrating with our teams and learning the business from the ground up. • Team Support & Integration: Step in wherever needed across locations to integrate smoothly with different teams and keep schedules running efficiently.
• Growth & Development: Actively participate in your leadership training, absorbing feedback, and mastering the administrative and leadership skills needed to eventually run your own practice.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in a dental front office setting.
• Drive and Ambition: You must possess a strong, natural drive to lead and a clear desire to advance into an Office Manager role. We are hiring for potential and grit, not just a title.
• Location Flexibility: Willingness to float and adjust seamlessly between our Irving and Flower Mound locations (and potentially others) as business needs dictate.
• Schedule Requirements: Office hours are 9 am - 6pm (Mon - Thurs) and Friday + Saturday (9 am -2 pm)
• Attitude: Confident, adaptable, and highly coachable. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn
