Locations: Primary float between Irving and Flower Mound (Flexible across DFW Metroplex)
Are you a driven, experienced dental front office professional ready to take the next step in your career? Active Dental is looking for a Front Office Lead who is hungry for growth. This is not just a desk job; it is a launchpad.
We are seeking someone with the drive and ambition to eventually become an Office Manager. Starting as a dynamic Lead, you will float primarily between our Irving and Flower Mound locations, integrating with our teams and learning the business from the ground up. Your Daily Impact on Patient Care and Operations
- Operational Leadership: Guide daily front desk operations with a proactive, take-charge attitude, setting the standard for your peers.
- Patient Experience: Ensure every patient receives a warm, seamless, and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Team Support & Integration: Step in wherever needed across locations to integrate smoothly with different teams and keep schedules running efficiently.
- Growth & Development: Actively participate in your leadership training, absorbing feedback, and mastering the administrative and leadership skills needed to eventually run your own practice.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in a dental front office setting.
- Drive and Ambition: You must possess a strong, natural drive to lead and a clear desire to advance into an Office Manager role. We are hiring for potential and grit, not just a title.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to float and adjust seamlessly between our Irving and Flower Mound locations (and potentially others) as business needs dictate.
- Schedule Requirements: Office hours are 9 am - 6pm (Mon - Thurs) and Friday + Saturday (9 am -2 pm)
- Attitude: Confident, adaptable, and highly coachable. We are looking for team players who are eager to learn
