University Program Associate

Position Summary The Program Associate will lead and manage the development of a National High School Ethics Bowl Mobile and Web application for the Parr Center. They will work closely with the Director of the National High School Ethics Bowl to solve technical challenges and design an app that adheres to the NHSEB’s branding guidelines. The Program Associate will manage the implementation schedule, perform daily QA testing, report progress to the Parr Center team, and plan and roadmap future functionality. They will also coordinate with UNC’s OASIS, IRB, and/or DGOG teams regarding data privacy and necessary safeguards to ensure compliance with UNC standards. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions. Technical Qualifications Working knowledge of web design and programming.
