About the Role The Independent Living Program (ILP) helps youth and young adults who are or were in Foster Care gain the knowledge, skills, and ability to become self‑sufficient adults. The Independent Living Coordinator (ILC) provides support in developing educational and employment skills, health education and access, life skills, healthy and supportive relationships, transportation, and housing needs. Qualifications Applicant must be 23 years old or older. Three (3) years of relevant experience, education, or a combination of both. Must reside in or around the Portland Metro Area. Reliable vehicle, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
