Non-Clinical - Administrative/Patient Services Coordinator Location: Beverly Hills, CA Onsite Flexibility: Onsite Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 3 months Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour (USD) Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (58 Hours). Position requires 1 Saturday per month from 8:00 AM 12:00 PM. Job Summary This role serves as the primary point of contact for patient relations in an outpatient vision center setting, handling both in-person and phone interactions. Knowledge of vision insurance and vision center experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Primary point of contact for patient relations in person and by phone Greet patients and assist in resolving patient concerns and escalating as appropriate Check patients in/out and collect co-payments, give receipts, and reconcile payments Verify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic Schedule appointments and complete patient registration Process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types Handle patient/provider correspondence Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients Sanitize workspace using provided supplies and following department guidelines *NOTE: These statements describe the primary duties and responsibilities of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all tasks.
