Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,500 - $5,800

• Setting: High-volume clinical anesthesia services
• Shift Duration: 16-hour days; day-shift coverage options include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour blocks starting at 7:00 AM
• Hours Per Week: 32
• Schedule: Regular hours required; no in-house call, no weeknight pager call, and no weekend pager call
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• End Date: July 31, 2027
• Duration: Approximately 48 weeks
• Charting System: EPIC

• Supervision: CRNAs work with physician supervision

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility for Maryland RN licensure
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience
• Board certification required
• Ability to work scheduled shift times and complete full assigned coverage

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient readiness
• Obtain and/or verify informed consent
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and care plans with patients
• Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely
• Monitor physiological status throughout the anesthesia process
• Provide clinical intervention as needed to support optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with the supervising anesthesia team to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
