Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions using various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license issued in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional performance bonuses. We are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
