Bookkeeper

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client in downtown Indianapolis in search of a Bookkeeper. This is a full time position, working on a hybrid schedule. Job Description: Performing recurring bookkeeping services for the firm’s clients Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing enthusiastic customer service Assisting clients with accounting and basic software issues Meeting monthly and semi-monthly deadlines Handling sensitive and confidential information Performing or assisting with other services and special projects as needed Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred Clear and professional communication with clients and other team members needed Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
