Front Desk Receptionist

Job Title A Day In The Life Performs routine clerical procedures in support of assigned company departments and monitors incoming office calls. Step Into The Role Serves as company receptionist; answers incoming phone calls and greets clients. Maintains good rapport with field personnel calling in for assistance. Provides clerical support to various departments and jobsites as needed (copying, filing, data entry, supplies, etc.). Provides backup shipping coverage to Building Services Support Assistant. What You'll Need Minimum of 2 years of customer service, front desk reception or call center experience. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. What Sets You Apart Bilingual proficiency preferred.
