Customer Service RepresentativeABR is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a financial company in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Hours are Monday – Friday, 1st shift and some Saturday mornings. Starting wage is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour + full benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K plan, paid time off and other perks!Customer Service Representative Job Description:Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for checking, savings, and borrowing members: receives funds, posts transactions and pays out funds as requested.Verbally confirm intended transactions with members to assure needs are met and minimize redoing.Identifying and finding solutions to improve customers' financial futureSupporting other staff within the officeResponsible for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with customers by performing a wide variety of customer service and clerical tasksCustomer Service Representative Background Profile:Excellent customer service skillsProfessional demeanor and personableInterest in working in the banking industryLooking for growth and learn new skillsProficient with MS OfficeHigh school degree or GED requiredABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
