In this position, the Back Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting customer and vendor contracts management, customer onboarding and accounts payable. This position requires extensive telephone-based engagement with vendors & customers as well as a high volume of vendor bills and payment processing. This is a full-time, in-office position working from our Mid-town Atlanta Office. Vendor contracts management – new service orders, service renewals & cancelations Customer contracts management – sales support, customer onboarding, customer contracts Accounts Payable - validation, posting and payment of vendor invoices (500+ per month) General office administration & support duties as assigned Requirements 4 years of business administration experience in a professional office environment. 4 years of business software experience including Microsoft excel and accounting software 3 years of experience with vendor & customer contracts management 3 years of experience with general bookkeeping including AP & AR 3 years of telephone based customer service/support experience Punctual & well organized with a strong work ethic Professional disposition with ability to handle challenging situations in a calm manner Competitive base salary + bonus Paid Time Off Health insurance: Medical, Dental and Vision + 401K with Matching Employment Details Title: BackOffice Administrator Work location: This is a full-time in office position Work Hours: M-F 8:00am to 4:00pm Location: Atlanta GA 30324 Paid Vacation: Yes #J-18808-Ljbffr
