You’ll work alongside another Occupational Therapist, with a manageable caseload of approximately 60 students divided between both professionals. The role spans four sites—all easily accessible, with two located directly across the street from each other and two others just a short distance away. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey
• Previous experience working in a school environment (PreK-8 preferred)
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• At least one OT must be comfortable performing evaluations
• Ability to adapt to various school site settings throughout the week
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations (at least one OT required) and develop individualized therapy goals
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom settings
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate interventions
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and the school community
