About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD. Customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Implement and maintain ServiceNow configurations, including catalog items, service portals, and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. Perform system upgrades and patches while maintaining platform stability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator certification preferred. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, GRC, or SecOps modules. Knowledge of Service Portal development and UI customization.
