• Perform on-site inspections, testing, and data collection, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, including data analysis and interpretation, to support project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and consultants, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient testing protocols and procedures.
• Conduct field investigations, offering recommendations for repair and maintenance to enhance building performance.

Requirements:

• A diploma or some time in higher education for Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or construction environment, showcasing practical expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems, including enclosure, MEP, and structural elements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
• Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and interpretation skills, enabling effective communication of project findings.
