Automotive Operations Manager Multi-Shop Growth & Leadership Track South Bay, CA | Full-Time $75,000–$120,000+ Total Compensation + Medical + 401(k) Help Build a High-Performance Automotive Operation We are growing and strengthening the leadership team across a multi-location automotive repair operation in the South Bay. We are looking for an experienced automotive leader who understands how great shops operate—from workflow and technician productivity to customer experience, sales performance, and team accountability. This is not a narrowly defined management position. The right person may initially support one or more locations based on experience, operational needs, and individual strengths. Our goal is to develop strong leaders who can take increasing ownership as our organization grows.
