What You'll Do

• Manage Accounts Receivable activities
• Set up and maintain customer accounts
• Post and reconcile payments
• Ensure accuracy between QuickBooks Online and operational systems
• Support month-end processes, cash management, and payroll activities
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Full-cycle accounting experience
• Payroll and cash management experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Accounting Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience

Bonus Points For:

• Salesforce experience
• Experience in construction, retail, inventory-based, or other operationally focused businesses
