In this access control role, you will remain visible, help to deter security-related incidents, and communicate clearly while delivering service with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.83 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tues 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access procedures, badge verification steps, and security-related policies at the location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, production spaces, and other designated parts of the facility. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Document visitor activity, deliveries, and access-related incidents through logs and reports, maintaining accurate records for daily operations. Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, receiving areas, and the perimeter, with duties and conditions varying based on the location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
