Leadership Position In People Strategy
This leadership position is key to developing people strategy, managing HR operations, and enhancing workplace culture. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, and compliance, ensuring alignment with our mission to Raise the Standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the People & Culture function and driving people strategy.
- Developing and maintaining fair, consistent HR policies and procedures.
- Managing full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Administering benefits, payroll, and compliance programs.
- Ensuring legal compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Handling employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Overseeing performance management and employee development processes.
- Maintaining HRIS data integrity and generating reports.
- Conducting exit interviews and supporting retention efforts.
- Supporting company events that strengthen culture and engagement.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with practical application experience.
- Proven experience managing compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work environment includes:
- Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
- Occasional evening or additional hours may be required.
