Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers the chance to make a significant impact, working full-time (37.5 hours per week) with the flexibility to consider part-time candidates. The role begins August 31, 2026, and extends through June 4, 2027.

You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative environment dedicated to helping students develop their communication abilities and thrive academically and socially. All services are provided onsite, fostering a direct connection with students, staff, and families.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active Michigan SLP licensure
• Prior experience in a school-based setting, with a K-12 caseload
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Ability to create tailored therapy plans addressing diverse student needs
• SLP-CF applicants will not be considered at this time
• Must be available for onsite services; virtual work is not an option

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop goals for students with speech/language needs
• Deliver direct therapy to individuals and small groups
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Complete required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Track student outcomes and adjust intervention strategies as needed
