What You'll Do:

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients, including those with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, and support teams to develop and execute treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Support infusion therapies and outpatient procedures
• Educate and support patients and families through treatment processes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Minnesota Registered Nurse License (or applicable NP/PA licensure)
• Board certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Prior oncology experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
