Travel Physical Therapist - $2,200 per week

Job Description & Requirements We are seeking a passionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position. This role is ideal for a newly graduated therapist looking to gain valuable outpatient experience. The therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop treatment plans to progress towards discharge. Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and timely while adhering to state, federal, and organizational policies. Participate in student programs, providing mentorship and supervision as needed. Engage in continuous professional development and education to enhance skills and knowledge. Adhere to discipline‑specific regulations and maintain licensure in good standing. Follow organizational guidelines to promote patient and employee safety. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Outpatient clinical experience preferred (6 months to 1 year). Current CPR certification. Active licensure in the state where work will be performed. Schedule This is a 40 hours per week position with a flexible schedule, primarily consisting of 5x8.0 shifts.
