Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor, Processor

Location: Marlton, NJ, Mount Laurel Township, NJ

Compensation: $55-80k+ DOE (hourly + file bonus)

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a Processor
• Experience with conventional, gov and non-QM
• Have a sense of urgency, good attitude, desire to advance career
• Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations
• Ability to work on-site daily

Our client is seeking a highly organized Mortgage Loan Processor who can effectively manage loan files from application through underwriting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify mortgage loan application documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Collect, analyze, and organize borrower financial documentation, including income, assets, credit reports, and supporting records
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan process
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting review
• Monitor loan progress and proactively address documentation or condition requirements
• Provide timely updates to borrowers and internal teams regarding loan status
• Ensure all files adhere to federal, state, investor, and company lending guidelines
• Maintain accuracy and meet processing deadlines in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or in a related mortgage lending role
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance requirements, and loan documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with mortgage loan origination and processing systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications are a plus
