What You'll Do

• Administer and document medication, treatments, and monitoring per care plan
• Transcribe and follow physician's orders accurately
• Assist with resident assessments and report significant changes
• Support with laboratory specimen collection and documentation
• Aid with resident transfers, and post-mortem procedures as needed
• Encourage resident participation in activities
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants to ensure quality care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in care plan conferences and team meetings
• Document weights, vital signs, and incident reports
• Support infection control practices and compliance regulations
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid PA LPN license
• BLS Certification
• Ability to pass a physical and background check
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
• Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience
• Compassionate attitude and patient-focused approach
