Deposit Operations Assistant Manager

Deposit Operations Assistant Manager Boston Area | $65K-$75K + Bonus | Full-Time | On-Site Excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Deposit Operations Manager role as the current manager prepares for retirement. Stable financial institution offering strong benefits, growth opportunity, and leadership exposure. Responsibilities Support daily deposit operations including ACH, wires, debit cards, disputes, IRAs, and share draft processing Assist with managing a team including 2 direct reports Handle escalated account research and member issues Monitor fraud trends, compliance, and operational controls Assist with reporting, reconciliations, workflows, and vendor relationships Support staff coaching, scheduling, and performance management Qualifications 3+ years of banking/deposit operations experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of ACH, Regulation E/D, wires, disputes, and back-office banking operations Strong organizational and communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency required Bachelor’s degree preferred Schedule & Benefits On-site position in the Boston area Rotating Monday-Saturday schedule $65K-$75K plus bonus Excellent benefits package Growth opportunity into department leadership Branch coverage may be needed within the local area #J-18808-Ljbffr
