We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support vendor and client outreach. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, handles a fast-paced call environment, and takes pride in maintaining accurate account records. The person in this role will help guide contacts through payment-related questions, registration steps, and account completion while delivering a detail-oriented customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls to vendors and clients to confirm account details and payment information.
• Walk customers through available payment methods, enrollment steps, and account setup expectations with clarity and care.
• Enter new information and revise existing records in internal databases to keep account data current and accurate.
• Record conversation details, status updates, and planned follow-up actions after each customer interaction.
• Reconnect with vendors and clients to obtain missing documentation or complete unfinished registration requirements.
• Review account information, investigate inconsistencies, and resolve issues through research and direct outreach.
• Partner with internal teams to address account concerns and support timely processing of outstanding items.
• Consistently achieve daily expectations for call activity, service quality, productivity, and customer support performance.• Experience in call center or customer service environments with a focus on high-volume phone support.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong data entry and order entry skills with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable explaining processes, payment-related information, and account requirements to a wide range of customers.
• Proven ability to document interactions thoroughly and maintain organized account records.
• Effective problem-solving skills for identifying discrepancies and following through to resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
