Spa Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager works alongside Spa Associates at the front desk answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers and selling memberships and spa packages. In addition, the Assistant Manager ensures smooth spa operations managing schedules, maintaining spa supplies, training Spa Associates and handling any customer or therapist questions. Qualifications and Requirements: A passion for people and sales High level of enthusiasm Demonstrated ability to coach while also taking directive from Spa Manager Strong organizational/planning and computer skills Retail/sales experience Experience with a booking system is a plus Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line Ability to train all Spa Associate new hires and provide ongoing coaching Ability to contribute to a healthy work environment Benefits We Offer: Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses Flexible schedules Professional and safe work environment Employee discounts Employee rewards program/employee referral bonus Contests Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour At Hand and Stone, Opportunity Knocks Over 500 locations open across the U.S We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers.
