We are seeking a dynamic Banquet Chef to lead large-scale culinary execution with precision, creativity, and elevated style.

• Seamless culinary experiences for weddings, corporate events, and exclusive gatherings
• Consistent, beautifully presented dishes—whether for 20 guests or 2,000
• Trend-forward concepts that complement the hotel’s culinary identity

• A highly organized culinary leader with experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-volume operations
• Calm under pressure, with an eye for detail and precision
• Skilled in large-scale production without compromising quality
• A strong communicator and team builder
• Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences at scale
