Area Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple client office locations throughout the Seattle metro area, including Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in providing excellent service, and can quickly adapt to different professional office environments. In this highly visible position, you will provide reception, administrative, mailroom, print/copy, and general office services support in a polished business setting. Key Responsibilities Provide professional reception and front desk coverage, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries. Support mailroom and office services functions, including sorting mail, handling packages, coordinating shipments, and maintaining document procedures. Assist with print, copy, scan, and document production requests while monitoring equipment and supply needs. Perform administrative support duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, scheduling assistance, and report support. Travel between assigned client sites to provide coverage for absences, vacations, training, special projects, and changing business needs. Learn and follow site-specific procedures while maintaining consistent service standards across multiple office environments. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule flexibility required, as some locations may start as early as 6:00 AM or operate into the evening. Work arrangement: Onsite, with travel between client locations in Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Start date: October 2026. Required Qualifications and Skills Provide reception, administrative, mailroom, print/copy, and general office services support across multiple professional office locations. Deliver excellent customer service to employees, guests, vendors, executives, and client contacts. Maintain organized daily operations while adapting quickly to different site procedures and priorities. Support mail handling, document services, data entry, office coordination, and routine problem resolution. Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, office support, reception, hospitality, retail leadership, banking, call center, or related experience. Experience interacting directly with customers, clients, visitors, or the public. Experience working independently with limited supervision. High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation, file management, and data entry. Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Ability to commute throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. Reliable transportation strongly preferred due to multi-site coverage requirements. Ability to report to different customer locations with limited notice. Comfortable supporting sites within a 40 to 50 mile operational region. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, move carts or supplies, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Dependable, punctual, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking in professional office environments. Preferred Qualifications Reception or front desk experience. Mailroom, shipping, receiving, package handling, or office services experience. Print production, copy center, scanning, or document services experience. Records management or document management experience. Legal office, professional services, corporate office, financial services, healthcare, engineering, or similar office environment experience. Administrative assistant, office coordinator, facilities support, executive support, or managed services experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills and a stable work history. Polished communication style and experience supporting executives, professional staff, visitors, and clients.
