Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning draft beer lines, maintaining draft equipment at assigned customer accounts, and ensuring high-quality service and support. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, troubleshoot draft-related issues, and help ensure optimal product quality at each account.

This position is based out of our Chandler location and primarily supports accounts in the Casa Grande and Maricopa area.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain a scheduled route and organize daily service stops
• Perform draft line cleaning at new and existing customer accounts
• Deliver tap handles and related materials as needed per Sales or Team Lead requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with account decision-makers
• Ensure draft equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Troubleshoot and resolve draft system issues, following up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate daily work logs and service documentation
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, parts, and tap handles
• Keep work areas, vehicle, and equipment clean and organized
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs (kegs) as needed
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays when required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for travel between accounts
• Cell phone with data capability required (cell phone allowance provided)
• Beverage or draft system experience is helpful but not required
