Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Grow Through Play Pediatric Occupational Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated  Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)to join our growing mobile pediatric therapy team serving Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, and surrounding areas.

Our therapists provide individualized, play-based occupational therapy services in children's natural environments, including homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive team environment.

Compensation

• $50–$60 per treatment hour (based on experience)
• $100 per occupational therapy evaluation
• Flexible scheduling
• Independent contractor (1099) position

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one pediatric occupational therapy services.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Service Area

Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
