Senior Executive Administrator and Operations Lead
Brava Leaders
Brava Leaders (Brava) is committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve. We especially encourage applications from candidates with lived experience in multiracial, multicultural, and social justice-oriented contexts.
To apply, please send a cover letter, resume, and three references (including at least one recent direct supervisor) to: View email address on click.appcast.io with the subject line: "Executive Administrator Application" by July 3, 2026. Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered. Successful cover letters will reflect your alignment with Brava’s culture and the job description.
Brava is at a critical juncture where it is growing its capacity to meet the needs of our expanding client base. We need a full-time, seasoned employee to serve in a combined Senior Executive Administrator and Operations Lead role, whose primary responsibility will be the effective management of the Founder and CEO's time and firm-wide operations in a high-demand environment.
ABOUT BRAVA AND BRAVA CULTURE
Brava connects leaders of multiracial, multicultural institutions with the care and resources they need—in the form of coaching, training, facilitation, and strategic support—to achieve their vision of a more just and inclusive world. Whether a leader is navigating conflict, building shared power, recovering from organizational trauma, strengthening governance, or leading through growth and change, we help them develop the practices and structures needed to thrive.
We are a small, ambitious team in a period of growth. That means we are still building many of the systems that will carry us into our next chapter. We are looking for people who are excited by that opportunity, and who want to help build something thoughtfully and in a beliefs/values aligned way (please review the hyperlinked document).
We reject the idea that meaningful work requires burnout. We care deeply about excellence, but we also care deeply about sustainability, reflection, and the humanity of the people doing the work, practicing what we call “compassionate accountability.” (read our conflict charter hyperlinked here). We value an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity about power and racial justice, and a willingness to co-create alongside colleagues. Our team honors the full spectrum of the human experience, meeting both grief and celebration with equal presence. We engage in candid dialogue as a core component of our mission and practice. We discuss race with the same level of ease and frankness as we do everything else.
The right person for this role will be energized by helping build systems, support people, and strengthen the foundation that allows our mission to flourish. All candidates should read our beliefs/values and conflict charter (hyperlinked above) as well as review our website to understand our approach and offerings before applying.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
We are looking for a seasoned professional to serve as a combined Senior Executive Administrator and Operations Lead. This high-impact role functions as a strategic operational partner to Brava's Founder and CEO while helping steward the systems, relationships, and infrastructure that keep the organization running smoothly.
You are the architect of the environment that allows our mission to flourish. This role includes executive support, project management, healthcare coordination, people operations, and organizational administration. On any given day, you might coordinate a medical appointment, prepare materials for a client engagement, organize a team retreat, improve an internal process, troubleshoot a technology issue, or help the CEO navigate competing priorities.
Some people find this variety energizing. Others find it exhausting. We are looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and finds satisfaction in helping people, systems, and priorities move forward with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Because Brava is a small team, this role touches several functions that might be separate departments in a larger organization. Success requires both strategic thinking and meticulous execution, as well as a genuine appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that allows leaders and organizations to do their best work.

- Schedule client meetings and serve as a logistical point of contact
- Join client meetings as needed to support project delivery including managing Zoom technology and capturing action items
