Head Of Property Management
RETS Associates has been retained by a leading real estate investment and development firm to recruit a Head of Property Management based in Newport Beach, CA.
This executive leadership role will oversee property management operations across a multi-market industrial portfolio, driving operational excellence, portfolio performance, and tenant satisfaction. The Head of Property Management will lead and develop internal and third-party property management teams while partnering closely with executive leadership, asset management, and construction to maximize NOI, implement scalable processes, and support continued portfolio growth.
Key Qualifications
- 15+ years of commercial real estate experience, with significant industrial property management expertise.
- Proven success leading large, multi-market property management teams and complex portfolios.
- Strong background in operations, budgeting, capital projects, financial performance, and strategic planning.
- Experience driving process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational scalability.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree required.
