Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring each session is goal-oriented and impactful.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong comprehension of mental health disorders and current evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.

• Crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage acute mental health situations promptly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary structure ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
