About the role:TQL is seeking a highly capable IT Program Manager to support strategic and tactical planning, execution and delivery of complex IT programs. This role is intended for a seasoned program manager who can operate independently, influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple initiatives in an Agile and hybrid delivery environment.
