Super Nice Pizza is located on the Upper West Side in Manhattan and looking for skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team and take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate has worked on a line in multiple stations but wants to grow. Maybe your talent hasn't been recognized yet, maybe you're stuck behind others, maybe you just quietly get your job done and want to take the next step. You've worked the griddle, the fryer, the saute, the salamander. You know how to cook a steak to temp, how to roast a chicken, how to make stocks, but just haven't had a chance to do it all. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency and quality.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler's Certification.

Details:

• Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience).
• Schedule: flexible but includes weekends
• 2pm-11pm shifts (approximately), with maybe 1-2 prep shifts per week that are from 10am-3pm or 4pm
• Weekend availability

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
