Clinical Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nursing services within the Behavioral Health unit.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and staff education programs.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and daily operational efficiencies.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact state .
• BLS certification (behavioral health specialty certification preferred).
• At least 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience , including 2 years in a leadership role .
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
